Here's my tribute to all of my friends who have worked so hard in relief operations in the wake of Typhoon Haiyan Yolanda.
A few months ago, a friend asked me to draw Red Hulk for her son Gorgy. I finally had time to do it today. I normally just give drawings away to friends, but with the aftermath of the typhoon I needed to ask something.
I requested her to make a donation for disaster relief efforts to the organization of her choice in any amount on behalf of her son, Gorgy. That will be her "payment" for this drawing.
So I drew the Red Hulk bringing relief goods to Leyte, with a tag that says "donated by Gorgy." After all, there is going to be a donation in his name. Gorgy gets to be the superhero in the drawing with his donation to disaster relief efforts through his mom.
But this drawing is not just for the person I drew it for. This is for all of my friends who have been tirelessly conducting relief efforts and those contributing silently on the side showing kindness and compassion. God bless you all.

Red Hulk technically is a hero in the Mainstream Marvel Universe, so I guess this is appropriate.
